Quick update:

Things are crazy, but the good news is:

We got a place to live!!
Its a wonderful upper level 2 bedroom right by the skytrain..
Everything is newly rennovated..new plumbing..windows..
What a blessing. We hopefully will be moved in
by the end of the week.

We'll be moving out of our old base by the 15th of September,
so...new address...
Not sure what that is yet!!
