i was called a "fucking bitch" by a customer today. i wanted sooooo badly to say shit to that fuckhead, and if he wouldn't have been a pussy and hung up, i probably would have. at that point i didn't give a shit if i were to get written up or fired. bitch, after bitch after bitch, what's with these people? i certainly don't come across in any way

Heh, yeah sometimes whenever people say stuff and try t be bad asses..I just kinda laugh..it pisses them off even more. Woo hooo!

It's soo hard not to get hooked on calls like that, I'm usually pretty calm about it..but that day I was in no mood. At work we're always reminded to think "you never know what's going on in their life right now" to help with letting it roll off your back. That does help, but then I think...I don't treat people like that when things are going on with me. Ah. But I do very much agree..definitely not worth the stress it causes.
