Fortune Teller

Okay, so my husband and I went to the Renaissance Fair yesterday, which was a first for me. I did a lot of things I never have before. Hubs and I rode an elephant:

I pet/held a goose, (which usually when a goose is this near I'm getting chased by it):

I know it's not the most flattering picture, but you can blame my hubs for that. This goose is even wearing a dress. It was so cool. They just say there, waiting for someone to wander up and give it some love. Oddly enough, he a had a duck too and it was quite unfriendly. One day, I will my Oscar!! We played around too, me with things that reminded me of Harry Potter and head cut outs, he needed to throw some knives:

However, the thing that really got me going was I went to someone who read my hand and read some tarot cards. I've always wanted to do that. She told me I was a free spirit, flexible when it comes to change (which isn't entirely accurate), and repeatedly that I was a very caring person; I like to give back. While I can be flexible in my career, outside of that I am not so much. I do want to make some huge humanitarian-style change. I try to be a good person, so I was actually happy she kept saying that. She also kept saying she saw a career change soon; I'd be doing something I've wanted to or my I'd achieve my new career-change goals. I was confused by this, so was Matt. I have never wanted to do anything other than teach... All I can think of is maybe I'll be in some type of different classroom. We'd have more money soon, but not to be confused with lots of money or striking it rich. She also said we'd have another temporary living situation before we got settled permanently. She said she saw numerous children in the future, but 1 stood out in particular. She wasn't sure why 1 was standing out, maybe we'd have 1 child and the rest are my brothers? Anyway, she also said she saw 2 great trips in the future, over water. New Zealand stood out to her, which blew me away. If she was just playing at places, that was a hell of a guess. She also saw Europe. Maybe I'll go to Greece afterall. She also told me I was good at managing money, but that could have been because I bargained my way down 10 bucks for the telling, ahaha! It was really fun, I would consider doing it again. I don't think I believe in it, but we'll see if I get my trips and some more mula!
