The most important way in which dreamlife is different from, uh, waking life is the way time can be so easily stretched and condensed. If I wake up with 5 minutes before my clock, I can quickly return to the state where that 5 minutes is seemingly infinite. Occasionally, though, in that eerie fog between sleeping & waking, I try to chronomance some more minutes, seconds, hours and fail so horribly.

I wish that I could describe my dreams, even to myself. The last couple days I have been very aware of my dream states, but still the only thing I can control is time (no flying or causing all nuclei to instantly separate for me yet)

I haven't been sad for a couple of years. What I would do for a good cry ,
