Pretty much everything. Axel really doesn't give a shit and if he has a problem with a subject being touched on, he'll tell you to piss off.

Axel's hair is BRIGHT RED and his eyes are scary green. He also has facial tattoos that he got to make his mother angry. His hair is red magically (his natural colour is actually black and sometimes you can see his roots coming through) but he hasn't told anyone that.
[Can I hack that strike or otherwise find out information they'd prefer to keep hidden?]
Yup as long as your character can hack well. Axel is intelligent and is good at hiding stuff.
[Can I troll/mindscrew/mess with in general?]
YUP. But to be fair, if you try and mess with Axel, he'll mess back with you tenfold, so do so at your own risk.
[Can I spit at/jinx/step on/etc? (i.e. fighting)]
YUP, but like I said, mess with him, and he'll fuck your shit up. He's especially good at fire spells, so be warned! Also, if you fuck with Roxas or Xion, he'll have major problems with you.
[Can I flirt with/hug/kiss/use other means of non-violent physical contact with this character?]
YES.
