Happy non-easter
I hate Easter. It combines many things I don't like, long church services, relatives, brunch, and buffets. This year my parents took pity on me and left me behind. I was very happy.
This month has been going pretty good so far. Classes seem all right. The weather is improving, which is making me ecstatic, no more being cold! I also made the dean's list! I'm confident that I'm somewhat intelligent, but I've never been great with schoolwork, so I'm honestly really proud I made it. I mean it means I actually got good grades! Go me!
I also did my first interview for Rockstar Stories. I interviewed Evan Taubenfeld, that guy who used to play guitar for Avril Lavigne. I was really nervous, but it went really well! He did a magic trick and we ended up singing Nsync. Very nice and gracious dude. That being said, I will never, ever, watch footage of that interview. The Snakes and Suits show was fun, too. Bottom Lounge is nice, a little dark, but nice. It was cool having everyone there, especially one Miss KATIE GARZA!!!! Yay, she's back!
And, as is becoming a pattern in my life, the past keeps resurfacing. At least I'm more prepared for it this tim around. As far as my goal to keep better in touch with old friends who are far away...I definitely realize how incredibly socially awkward I am. I know I say that a lot but I literally have no idea what to say or how to say it and stuff! This means I'm either going to fail horribly or this is something I really, really should do.
I've finished all three seasons of Arrested Development. I really liked it. Hope that movies goes through. I'm just happy now Bones and Fringe are back.
This week is TTNY at mojoes and patry at Sian and Katies!
And I think after I finish my Russian book (I got sidetracked over break) I think I want to read about Churchill. He seems interesting.
