I haven't really delved into Human Target fic much, so all I can direct you to is this one:

Chancequest: How Ilsa Pucci Turned My Life into an MMORPG

It's a Human Target/SGA/Criminal Minds/Eureka/Warehouse 13/Leverage crossover that is delightful but not so much with the dark, from what I recall.
