Silence (Masterpost) -
Sophie froze, her breathing artificially light as she fought not to gasp. Sterling was *RIGHT THERE* at the safe, arms crossed and his disinterested smirk completely at odds with the situation. He raised one hand in a vague wave, mouthing 'Hello Sophie' without even a flicker on the audio sensor Sophie was wearing as a bracelet. He gestured at the safe in a clear 'would you mind?'
Safes weren't Sophie's speciality, and her own treasure was already a solid weight in her purse. She could walk out of here right now and the host of the party going on upstairs wouldn't even know his private collection had been touched. Unless one of them set of the noise sensor right now.
Sterling's smirk widened as he watched her work it out, and in retort Sophie took a calculated risk.
The punch caught him square in the solar plexus just like Eliot had taught her, and he folded with a noise that made her audio sensor flicker into the orange. As she made to leave Sterling there he flung a hand out and grabbed the strap of her purse, tugging and throwing Sophie off balance. She tugged back, throwing a killer glare Sterling's way when he didn't release her.
Sterling was already recovering from that first blow and she didn't want him upright again, so she hooked one foot - bare to keep her steps quiet - around the back of his knee and shoved him clumsily. She knew she was off-balance, and that had never worked with Eliot, generally not getting her more than a shift in his balance and an eye-roll, so she was surprised when Sterling sprawled backwards, nearly taking her with him.
He landed with a soft 'oomph' that kicked well into the orange and they both froze for a second before Sterling scrambled back to his feet, grabbing Sophie by the arm and spinning her around.
Sophie turned into the movement, twisting all the way through his arms and throwing him off her. She left him to stagger back for the second time sprinting through the vault for her shoes and her exit.
She was inches away - shoes in hand - when the vault's silence was broken by a resounding bang. She span around to glare at Sterling, a smug look on his face. "You bastard," she growled.
And then the alarms started.

Fight Bingo,
Kitchen (Masterpost) -
It had started fairly innocently, with their Daddy baking a cake for the day Momma would be back from her travelling. It had turned rough pretty quickly though, because Daddy had given Francie the bowl and Eliot the spoon and everyone knew there was more mix left over in the bowl, and even if Francie was older that just wasn't fair.
The first scrabble had left Eliot flat on his back and Francie with cake mix in her hair, and just as Eliot pushed himself back to his feet to make another move for the bowl, Ernie came home from practice.
There was a pause as everyone exchanged glances - their Daddy smirking at the look of betrayal on Ernie's face - and then everyone was in motion. Ernie dropped his kit by the door and lunged for the bowl, because even Ernie knew what was best, and Francie bolted over the table and down the hall. Eliot turned his back and hastily cleaned every inch of the spoon before following them, because he wasn't going to risk his Daddy stealing any if he left it.
Ernie had Francie pinned to the floor by the back porch and there was cake mix all over her face - like she'd tried to do the same as Eliot only the bowl was harder to eat fast from. From where he was sitting on top of her, Ernie was smugly scraping out the bowl with his finger.
Eliot made a note that while the bowl was better, the spoon was easier to defend when it came to sibling warfare. Then he made a headlong tackle for Ernie.
