Interesting! I don't know the Marvel verse at all, apart from the X-Men movies, but this guy totally works as a mystery mentor. It sure does explain Eliot's amazing ability! One little typo, though:

forehead was tattooed, or maybe scared (should be scarred)

I know Bullseye only from that Daredevil movie, but oh hell, that would really really explain Eliot's skills with darts. Great idea!

I must guiltily admit to not having read much more myself! I've seen him in a Gambit comic and once in a Daredevil comic, but yeah, based almost entirely on a fairly dire film. :D
