Glee - "Goodbye"
They might as well rename this show to The Rachel and Finn show. Cause that's what it is. I admit I felt bad for Rachel when Finn told her he was joining the army, but she got into NYADA and was going to NY, so her future looked pretty good post-graduation. Then we get this five plus minute montage of her singing all the way from the train to NY. I almost expected Rachel to throw her hat ffup in the air like Mary Tyler Moore upon arrival.
Kurt doesn't get in. After he nailed his audition. We get one brief scene of he and Blaine talking before class. I believe they touched during one song. I think. Thanks FOX. *snark*
The music wasn't that wonderful. Puck's "Glory Days" was okay, but we've heard him do songs of that caliber before. I did like the group's performance of New Radicals "You Get What You Give". Totally forgot about that one, even though they didn't sing "we'll kick your asses". But the best part was Burt doing Single Ladies. Burt!!!! How amazing is he? Best. Father. Ever.
So that's it until fall. Predictions, anyone? Cause I've no idea what TPTB have in mind.
