I loved Wilson coming to House's place for emotional support after Sam left him. House would've let him stay if Cuddy wasn't coming over. Yeah, you could say that he chose sex over Wilson, but he's a guy and not surprised at that. :D

So, Sam's gone. Yay! Now we just sit back and wait for House and Cuddy to implode.
