Awards Rescinded
After discovering that Micah Loden has plagiarized from other authors' works, the LMFA committee members decided unanimously to rescind the awards she received for Best New Author (Gen) in 2008 and Best Episode Related Story (Slash) in 2009.
In addition, all links to her fics have been removed from the site where they appeared on nomination lists or ballots.
We offer our sympathy and support to all those affected by this discovery in this and other fandoms.
