bad two days

So these two days have been interesting. We had a small blizzard here, you see. I left school early yesterday since my night class had been cancelled and was driving my friend home when I just kind of drove in to the middle of the cull de sac he lives in, stranding my car in the snow/ice bank that was there because the road was completely unplowed so you couldn't see where it began. We shovel for about an hour trying to get it out and fail, so head in to his house to rest and call my mom, who can tow me out. Roughly 10 minutes later a neighbor comes by and asks if we tried shoveling. About 10 minutes after that the snow plow comes through (an hour too late for me -_-; ) and asks us if we tried shoveling, then he tries pushing the car and figures out the same thing we did: It's stuck on snow underneath it. So then we wait for my mom. And wait and wait. And then it becomes night and it's still snowing rather heavily so she says that she'll just make it out the next morning instead >_< Thankfully, my sis comes and picks me up. And the next morning I get up early to get the car with mom, and I shovel out my sister's car so that she can get to work. Mom and I get to my car and I shovel yet more around it before she finally tows it out. Thanking her, I leave and we get on the highway, where she falls behind me since she's going much slower in the truck. I get home and park in the only place available, which is a foot of snow almost, and then notice a good spot across the street. I decide to shovel myself out and move over there, which I did. Then I wait for mom to show up so I can help my step-grandparents at their place with her. And wait and wait. Then I get a call saying that her truck broke down on the highway. We later found out she had been sold bad diesel fuel, it had been watered down. So I drive out to my step-grandparent's place and hand shovel out their entire extended driveway and the walkway before returning home for an hour of rest before heading off to school to work and take a midterm. While on duty, a guy is looking around confusingly so I ask him if he needs help. He responds by saying that I always look at him as though he's retarded and then screams that the computers in the lab suck because they won't run his program on his floppy. I tell him to think whatever he wants about how I'm looking at him, and then point out that the "program" on his floppy is just a link to a program. Which he says he has. On his computer at home. Then his face lit up like a light and I just kind of facepalmed and almost muttered "Thank you for proving yourself not retarded..." The other people in the lab just glared at him and muttered, and I felt like saying "Have a nice day, Mr Retard!" as he left. Man, sometimes I wish I was a jerk. Anyway, I think I aced the midterm at least :P
