Every day should be treated as a gift. Time is all we have and the one thing that we will never be able to control. But somehow that does not keep me from thinking how a perfectly otherwise wonderful day feels like something that should be flushed down the toilet all because I have a head cold. Before we send anything else into space, try to clone things, or whatever else we waste billions of dollars on we should put some more effort into curing this wretched heavy shroud that is the cold. (or maybe I am wrong and it will never be cured, just one of those things that we each have to come to terms with and suffer through it.) The worst part is that I could probably get rid of it if only I got more sleep; but we only have so much time in a day and some how, for me, sleep usually gets put on the back burner. To anyone reading this let me advise you to stay healthy because you can only deprive yourself of certain things for so long till you forget what you do need. And by the time you realize this your body hopefully has not broken down.
Now it is time for me to take a nap, and hopefully not doing my reading before history class this afternoon will not be a mistake.
Things are almost always better after a nap.
