and i also noticed that when people get insulted, to regain their status that they themselves made up, they insult the insulter. it doesnt have to be an insult to begin with, just a perception of threat.
for example, every single time i get a complaint at tcby for something not related to me or coworkers, like "the tap water that you serve is gross" is automatically discredited by the owner as them "being bitchy" or "wanting to find something to complain about"
little insginificant crap that i agree with, and i am sure that th owner agrees 100% but feels it to be a personal attack to her character...
