Pity I didn't have the time to do this in actual watercolour, I suspect (provided I didn't screw it up) it would've been pure awesome in ink-and-watercolour-wash. Illustration for xskadi's short story that's coming out in imaginarybeasts's next issue. :D
I got lazy to do a full process post, but the log I whipped up is pretty self-explanatory.
