So, I feel like I haven't made anything in awhile. My schedule's been considerably heavier than usual. Not only is school and schoolwork taking up a whole lot of my time, but I'm getting really serious in my writing. But I decided to make some graphics to unwind, and to keep practice since most of my graphic arts classes are consisting of tedious busy work. I know we have to start from the beginning, but I'm left feeling like I've accomplished nothing.
So here we are! These are all graphics I made today! Please check 'em out. I really appreciate it.
By the way, if you want to make a request I've decided to start taking them again on a limited basis. But only at Sosei no Kurayami (

Title: Roxas
Series/Subject: Kingdom Hearts II, Roxas
Subject Artist: Square Enix
Excerpt: "Roxas"
Comments: This didn't turn out to be everything I wanted it to be...it does lack some sharpness. But I like the angle of it, and I think it turned out pretty decently. I also tried to make little individual stars on it...I haven't really done much of that XD Not sure how it looks.
Title: Flare Focus
Series/Subject: Naruto, Deidara
Subject Artist: Masashi Kishimoto
Excerpt: N/A
Comments: Boy howdy, people sure do love Deidara. I've seen only a few episodes of Naruto, and nothing with him in it, but he's got a pretty cool character design. I worked for a long time on this one, and I'm pretty happy with the result. Not sure aboutr the brush border though...but other than that!
Title: Freeze Zone
Series/Subject: Naruto, Kisame
Subject Artist: Masashi Kishimoto
Excerpt: N/A
Comments: I don't really know anything about this character. But I really like the look of this avatar.
Title: Gaara
Series/Subject: Naruto, Gaara
Subject Artist: Masashi Kishimoto
Excerpt: "Gaara"
Comments: This has been a very Naruto heavy day. I wanted to make more graphics for series that people had a stronger interest in. Sometimes I more often choose my favorite series, or things that go with lyrics/quotes I like. But I decided to work with some more popular series today. This one turned out decently. Perhaps not especially great...but I always like it when I can have a background with colors that don't traditionally go together work. Like the orange and green here, or purple and green.
Title: Sasuke Uchiha
Series/Subject: Naruto, Sasuke
Subject Artist: Masashi Kishimoto
Excerpt: "Sasuke Uchiha"
Comments: This one's okay, but a little bland. And, well, it's supposed to be a Sasuke banner...but there's not that much Sasuke in it. That sometimes happens to me when I make longer banners. The text is meant to have an icy effect that I'm not sure if pulls off. Still, mountains right? Pretty neat.
Title: Rock Lee
Series/Subject: Naruto, Rock Lee
Subject Artist: Masashi Kishimoto
Excerpt: "Rock Lee"
Comments: Now, I can never object to crazy colors. OTHER people can, but not me. I love playing with color XD Though I like the left half of the background much more than the right.
Title: Kakashi
Series/Subject: Naruto, Kakashi
Subject Artist: Masashi Kishimoto
Excerpt: "Kakashi"
Comments: I think this one pulls together a lot better than some of the others. Sometimes it's easier to work with smaller graphics XD I've been trying to steer away from the "selection" border, because I feel I overused it when I first started with Photoshop. But I think it looks good here.
Title: Deidara
Series/Subject: Naruto, Deidara
Subject Artist: Masashi Kishimoto
Excerpt: "Deidara"
Comment: A banner with a transparent background! As I said, I've just started to get into these. I don't think it looks quite as good as my Gourry one, but still pretty good. The picture of Deidara against the transparent background was a pretty small image, so that was part of the problem. Still, pretty damn cool.
Title: Charizard
Series/Subject: Pokemon, Charizard
Subject Artist: Satoshi Tajiri, Nintendo
Excerpt: "Charizard"
Comment: Ya'll know fire pokemon rock.
Title: Death Note
Series/Subject: Deathe Note, L
Subject Artist: Tsugumi Ohba & Takeshi Ohba
Excerpt: "Death Note"
Comment: I actually have to see me some Death Note sometime, if I get a chance. It seems pretty unique. There's some crazy looking ice in the background. *nods*
