The good news is, even though I'm still not feeling great, I am at least on the mend. ...The bad news is that now Dad's sick.

The good news is I finished a major essay and I don't have to worry about that anymore. ...The bad news is that I'll be drowning in last half of term work very soon.

I know, right? He keeps whimpering all around the house too... it's sad.

I do remember him being a bit of a whiner the rare times he has been sick. What's with dudes? They're so rarely sick, but when they are, it's just... so pathetic.

He just doesn't know *how* to be sick.

We're just not used to it. We don't feel lousy every 28 days as the majority of women do, so when we do get sick and others are well, it seems somehow unfair. (It's not, of course, but being sick does not encourage clear thinking.) Anyway, get well soon wisjes for both you and your dad.
