Grades Are Out
Got my grades! I knew 3/4 of them already. I took four classes this semester and got two A's and two B's. Not bad...could've done a bit better, but not bad at all.
My English teacher has strongly recommended to me that I take at least an English honors class next time around. And I agree. English is my strongest subject, so I definately think I could handle it. But, I've been doing some checking and I meet the requirements (most grade wise and test wise) to enter our school's honors program. That would mean taking a minimum of 18 credit hours of honors classes (including a special seminar). I've always thought I could be in honors classes, but, with my anxiety issues, I didn't want to stress myself out too much over school. Now I think it's time I pushed myself. It's not like I have to take an honors math class anyway, I can go with my strengths.
The best part is, if I maintain at least a 3.5 gpa then the honors classes are free.
I've also got to start at looking at different colleges to transfer to. The one I was originally planning on has a good writing program, but not a very good art program let alone a graphic arts program. So I'm going to have to do some shopping around.
