I love it when a chapter comes together.
It's ever-so satisfying to finish a chapter of From Now On because it's the project I'm most invested in at this point. And now that chapter six is written, maybe I can finish my first batch of Slayers vignettes without feeling too guilty for taking the time. Next up on my agenda for fic writing is the next chapter of The Kingdom of Illusions but... meh... I'm not feeling it right now.
I'm also home sick. I've had a really horrible heartburn flare up and haven't been able to sleep for more than a few hours a night... between that and the fact that I might be able to breath fire soon... I'm done. I fought my way through Monday and Tuesday but I just couldn't make it today. One the plus side, I had time to watch Tangled again. Yay!
But now I'm feeling too proud of my accomplishment of writing a new chapter of FNO to actually throw myself into anything ambitious... that would somehow cheapen it.
...And I can't do homework either because uh... that would cheapen it too. Of course.
Obviously.
