The last book I read for fun was... I'm currently reading Storm Front, which is the first book in the Dresden Files series.
The thing I liked best about it was... My favorite thing is probably Harry Dresden's voice. It has just the right mix of wit, cynicism, and world-weariness.
My fave fictional book character is... (and why) Is it a total cop-out to say Sherlock Holmes? I loved the way his mind works. Oh, and there's also Snoopy. :) I love the way his mind works, too. And I'm actually not kidding, lol.
Beth Riesgraf and Aldis Hodge say their theme tune is "Ebony and Ivory". What song makes you think of a Leverage character/pair of characters and why? I'm No Angel by Gregg Allman makes me think of Eliot. So many of the lyrics just ring true for his character.
Quick - there's a pirate in the room you're in right now. What do you do? Depends on what he does first.
Fave ever Leverage quote? So many. But I think I'll have to say "My name is Nate Ford, and I am a thief." I might've cheered out loud when he said that.

For a little while. My body doesn't seem to let me sleep more than four hours at a time.

That sucks.

I finally got a decent night's sleep last night - even though I technically can't afford it, I broke down and renewed my allergy prescription.

I've tried various things--from melatonin to aromatherapy, and even though I fall asleep, I snap awake in the middle of the night. It was handy in grad school. Now? Just annoying.

My doctor wants me to have another sleep study - but they want $2500 up front. First one I had was the WORST NIGHT OF MY LIFE.

Although it did spark a diagnosis of restless leg disorder, so that helped.

I do remember that snap-awake feeling though. Nothing worse than: "Okay, guess I'm awake now."

My legs ache and get twitchy a lot. A couple of my RL friends wondered if I had restless leg syndrome, but I don't know. Maybe I'm just getting old, lol.

A friend of mine did one of those sleep studies, and they wound up doing some procedure that involves her nasal passages or something. She slept better for a while, but then her sleeping problems returned, and they wanted her to do the whole thing again. So yeah. Can't sleep be easy?

Apparently not. *g*

If you've got those symptoms, believe me it would be worth having it checked out. My case is *severe*, but once I got on the medication it changed my life.

Hopefully, I'll get a chance to look into it this year, I'm trying to find some kind of affordable health plan. This "no health insurance" thing means I have to live with a lot of stuff right now. Craptastic US health care system. *glares at it*

Hey, are you doing the Tiny Bingo challenge at Kink Bingo? I'm sketching out my fills, but damn. Boiling a kink down to 100 words is NOT easy.

Ouch - yeah. Well just so you know - excessive decongestant use and excessive ibuprofen use can aggravate the condition.

Nah - I've got seven request fics promised over at provideleverage that I am hideously overdue on, and I just got my second Angst Bingo card. Not to mention signing up for the reverse BB.

Under those circumstances, trying to claim that I'm exercising restraint sounds ridiculous, but yeah...*g*
