A difficult decision stood ahead of me. Do I attach my cover letter to my resume with a normal silver paperclip, a oversized white, yellow, or pink one. The silver one seemed to say: I follow convention, I'll be a good employee, but also I lack all spontaneity and imagination. White was professional, hide flaws well, and yet lacked a certain pazah. Pink was enticing, but then I realized that it implies I cannot handle responsability. So yellow it was, which is nice because it matches my shirt. Hopefully I get the job.
