Wow, my muscles seemed to have disappeared over the last year and a half. I rode my bike again today and noticed that I've lost a lot of strength in certain muscle groups. Guess I'll just have to focus a little on those areas.
And just for the record, here are the numbers. 8.20 miles in 32 minutes 34 seconds for a 14.9 mp/h average speed.
