New god damn diagnosis. So my cheek just kept getting bigger...expanding into my neck...it's really quite gross looking. Went to emerg and they did an ultrasound and came to the conclusion that it is an infection. Nothing more. So that sucks. So...my neck and my chin have become one...it's bright red and enflammed...i'm tired and just plain fed
