Mark it down in your books, ladies and gents- today, for the first time in 4 months, I was able to RUN! w0000t! Well, it was only for 4 minutes at physical therapy on the treadmill, with three minutes of walking to every minute of running... but I can still do it!

I just read the translation to the cantata/ballet Carmina Burana we're performing these next two weeks. Um, you all should go read it. I'm not going to be able to listen to and enjoy the music quite the same now that I actually know what they're saying. In this case, I think ignorance was the bliss option.
Anyway, I'm exhausted. Endless 17 hour days will do that to a person.
