I heart chopin. And I'm a sucker for any sort of polonaise. In Ballet they teach them to you in funny ways: "THIS-is-a-po-lo-naiise, THIS-is-a-po-lo-naiise...". I've also heard "ONE-po-lo-naise-for-youu, TWO-po-lo-naise-for-youu". Ahh wonderful.
