The Dreaded Recall
Contact lens people: If you use Complete solution, throw it away before your eyes explode. (But Renu is apparently safe these days...)
I'm really sick of recalls.
ETA: I just talked to a rep at AMO (the company that manufactures Complete). Apparently the Moisture Plus solution makes you more likely to get parasites in your eye. They can lead to all sorts of bad, including blindness. If you've been using Complete with Moisture Plus and you're experiencing redness, swelling, or pain in your eyes, see a doctor. Because parasites. Ick.
Also, this appears to be, at least in part, a noncompliance issue. The Renu problem last year was also partly a noncompliance issue. Do what your doctor says. Change the solution in your case every day, and the wee little beasties won't have as much of a chance to grow and eat your eyes. Even if you're solution isn't recalled, reusing solution is still bad. You're sticking things in your eyes, for gods sake- follow the bloody instructions! That is my public service announcement for the day.
In conclusion, change the solution in your case every day, and throw away any Complete with Moisture Plus. If you're looking for a new brand to switch to, I recommend Clear Care (or Optifree if you don't want to deal with extra steps).
