Random Update
I had a very good, though busy weekend.
The theater we saw Serenity in was lovely, though really not the right proportions for a movie theater. And I won a Firefly DVD set as a door prize! (I already have a copy, but my little brother's birthday is coming up, so I might give it to him. Or swap it for perfume on the internet.)
Saturday, I attended bewareofmoose's wedding reception, which was quite lovely.

typoink and I hit Ikea on Saturday night. I always forget how overwhelmingly huge that place is. I have a couple ideas for things to do with the house. I think finishing the bathroom will be my next project since it should only take a few hours.
And Sunday was the Pride Parade, which I attended with laughingimp, journaloflan, chloegoth, hatman, mxzzy, and Hena. The weather was cold and rainy at the beginning of the parade, but it turned very nice. And I have a bright red sunburn to show for it. The parade is long. I think this is the first time I've stayed from beginning to end. Even the year I marched, I snuck out after a few hours to get some food. And I had taken some allergy pills before the parade, so I was really out of it for the first couple hours. Like, practically falling asleep while standing in the middle of a huge crowd. I need some allergy pills that don't turn me into a shambling zombie.
laughingimp is the best boyfriend ever. When I woke up this morning there was Mountain Dew in the fridge that wasn't there last night. That's love.
