I am very happy to hear that. You guys deserve it. Hey we desperately need to get out of our apartment too. You mind if we put up a shanty in your front yard?

There's not room much room in the front. There's probably room for a shanty in the back yard, though.

Yeah, once the current owner tears down her dog kennel, there will be plenty of room for a shanty. If you're nice, we'll even share our deck.

We close on it at the end of August, and there's some work we need to do before we can move in, so it will probably be the beginning of November.

1) That is probably one of the more utterly and completely random things you've ever said to me
2) I want that on a shirt (with congo-rats on the back, playing bongo's (because that's what I'm picturing))

See "Congo-rats" is an Everquest slang version of "congrats" which is itself a shortened version of "congratulations." The normal usage of the term is when someone gains a level or completes a quest.
