About 18 hours in and Tales of the Abyss is amusing the snot out of me. I have a lot of other things to post about, but really can't because I was up so late playing that I woke up totally stupid this morning and was half an hour late to work. (Really I should have done one of my "got a new video game" sick days, but it's more obvious that I'm not sick when they always happen on Mondays...)
For right now, I'll just say it's a fun game--and there were characters who I thought would end up being like Elena in Grandia 2 (annoying as hell), but turned out to be pleasant, if not downright amusing.
(That, and the main character is "Luke" and so early on, I got to make lots of "Luke, I am your father" jokes because I am just that easily amused.)
