My boss and my cube neighbor are both doing Weight Watchers. They were trying to figure out the points for a bagel that my cube neighbor had had, and it just so happens that it was a rosemary & olive oil bagel which was my absolute favorite back before I knew the glycemic load of bagels

:p I need to get off them again. Somehow started up. Should go through detox again.

My friend's friend went through Weight Watchers and said it really worked. Friend said it's too expensive, but her friend was really good about it and gave her all the materials. It seems to be helping even though she doesn't go through meetings or whatever.
