Sorry, couldn't fool me into believing it's December

This week is hell.

I have three midterms in a row, two on Tuesday and one on Wednesday. I have a paper outline due on Thursday. And I really need to work on my other papers, seeing as I have 50+ pages worth of papers due in less than a month.

I will be ecstatic when I am no longer a student.

But on a lighter note, I quite enjoyed the weather today. Snow flurries on and off! This does, however, present one problem, as my "warm clothing" collection consists solely of my Leicester hoodie and I don't go home for another two weeks. Ah well. So long as I walk fast I'm mostly okay.

One thing I will say for Kent, the plants are very beautiful. I've always loved spring when all the trees flower and daffodils bloom. And autumn is equally beautiful. I'm partial to red trees myself, and there aren't many, but the burning bushes by the old Honors Plaza are gorgeous. And I loved the tree in the parking lot that was half-green and half-red; you could almost literally draw a line down it. And I'm quite fond of the yellow-orange trees that are sort of like pale, glowing flames.

Hooray for nature. I need some kind of beauty to get me through this.
