Prompt: Alicia + Lana = Bitchface
Alicia returned with drinks. Kalinda was easy to spot, she often attracted attention. But this was…Lana. And she had her hand on Kalinda’s arm, and was whispering in her ear. Alicia wasn’t pleased.
“If I were you, I’d move my hand.”
Lana did not comply. “Or what?”
Alicia smiled, barely. “Or I’ll remove it …”
“Alicia, please.” Kalinda interrupted.
Kalinda peeled Lana’s hand off her arm. Then she added, “We should be going.”
“It’s not over Kalinda.” replied Lana.
Alicia slipped her arm into Kalinda’s. “She says it’s over, Lana.”
Lana gave Alicia her best bitch face. “I say it’s not.”
“The smart money’s on her.” Alicia shot back.
“You’re a bitch, Alicia.”
Alicia was unfazed. “Is that the best you’ve got? We’re going to call names now?”
Kalinda’d had enough. She turned to the door, pulling Alicia with her. “Come on Alicia. Let’s go. No names.”
Alicia smiled at Lana as they passed. Her bitch face was better.
