West Campus
I am in love with LCC. I am so happy I decided to go to school at a community college before experiencing an actually 4 year college. I do plan on going to Michigan State of course, but I enjoy having my professors recognize me and my work. At first I was apprehensive about how my classes where going to be set up and if it would work out, but now I'm getting used to it all and I really enjoy it. I love WLCC's campus. It's a brand new building with beautiful designs. The Architect who designed it did an awesome job. When I'm inside that building I feel like someone going into a business field or someone who is rich (although we all know I'm a poor college student) because there are all of these Interior Designers and famous Architects who come into WLCC campus to present new materials or images. What I thought was really cool was that WLCC is mainly for those going into the study of Art, Interior Design, Architecture, or the Police Department (whatever they are called). When I'm at WLCC campus I literally feel like I'm competing with others in order to get what I want and I love that. In a way I am because in order to get into Michigan State's Interior Design program I have to try my hardest because they only except 40 students as Juniors. Well all of this could change, but as of now I'm really happy with the decisions I've made and I hope to stick with Interior Design or Architecture as my major.
