Anyone who knows my icons knows how much I love Zombie-Loan. I'm very excited to finally own a legal professionally made DVD. I made my own DVD from the fansubs. (Back when I was still watching fansubs.) I was shocked when a DVD release was announced. As soon as the DVD went up for purchase at The Right Stuf, it was in my shopping cart. I'm a happy camper, needless to say.
I'm showing Kamisama Kiss in English to hubby. He nearly hurt himself laughing at the ostrich in the school scene. The English voices aren't bad but they're not as good as the Japanese ones. I'm very eager to see season 2 come Winter 2015.
I bought the limited edition version of Gargantia. Viz did the series right. I'm impressed which is something I don't usually say about Viz's releases. We're watching it now. Again in English, due to hubby's eyesight. He's picking up more now that he can finally get the full dialogue rather than miss half of it while reading the subtitles. Another series that's getting a second season although I'm not as sure about what they're going to tackle.
