once my mum rescued one owl that fall in our patio, a baby, we gave it food (no rats though) and a warm place to stay, my mum says that the next day she saw the mum and the baby leaving, i couldn´t see anything because it happened very early on a weekend!!!
if you start walking, little by little, you will definitely be able to jog. i did the same and i was able to jog 1km easily and sometimes i did a lot more!!! don´t get discourage!!!

Your encouraged me!!! i doubt if i really could jog someday. but you said "definitely" :D so, i belive that word and i keep walking :D
