That doesn't sound like an Anita Blake book name. Just generic and meh. Though I guess that's how they've been for a while ("Bullet", "Hit List" -- "Dead Ice" was just weird.) It's also kind of strange for her first book name officially under the romance arm.

Yeah, she's not really a romance author because... no romance. Anita's world revolves entirely around sex, but there aren't even that many sex scenes any longer, even though the books are about nothing but sex.

I am so curious how and if LKH is going to survive in her new milieu. Her books have no character development, no relationship growth, zero plot, very few sex scenes even and those are atrocious. LKH's books don't fit into any genre any longer, unless there's a "standing around arguing and describing hair with occasional bullying, murder, and rape" genre I'm unaware of.

Well, at least she can legitimately claim to have pioneered the Bully-Rape-Murder-Bickering Genre.
