I think she's trying to say "shared a hug and also shared this bug with us," but since it's LKH, that is not where my mind went at first.

I don't understand why she doesn't like immuno-boost before she goes on the tour. Also while I understand she probably gets way more exposure to bugs than she usually does considering she had a daughter shouldn't she also like be aware of good bug prevention? Maybe? I don't know.
