Also, I live in the middle of nowhere, and I'm satisfied with enjoying just the stories. So, I'm safe from whatever you are insinuating. I think. o_O

Ok, I just thought that when you said "If you still like JC the best thing to do is never ever EVER read Hamilton's blogs..." that there was something awful centered around Jean-Claude and I didn't know about it.

I'm definitely at that point where I can hardly reread her books because I keep thinking about how they relate to her noisome personality flaws. :(

Well he does lose his spine, though it's possible to squint and read it as a very deft manipulation of the title character while an air of innocence.

I don't think JC looses his spine at all. I think he's the master manipulator! Afterall, he's gotten all he's wanted from Anita hasn't he? JC basically pimps out the once strong Anita to any passerby doesn't he? The only thing he's missing is the "ok" from her to let him have sex with Asher and considering all that he's made her do in terms of sex then it's a safe bet that he's just biding his time all nice and patient like. He's immortal and he's got all the time in the world... Damn, and I used to like JC. *cries*
