Sticky please?insinityAugust 18 2004, 19:21:25 UTC
Hello,
I love semagic and I don't see myself using any other client. I have the newest version.
But how do I make the Views Windows to stick? Example: I placed the Optons by he Icons side. Underneath, I placed the preview/post and the data.
Then I logged off. When I logged back in, the windows were all scrambled.
How do I make them stick?
Sorry if Im posting it here, if this is the wrong place for tech support, but I found no links in the readme except this one and I dont know where else to post.

Tried that too. Didn't work. The small windows are all scattered around and not in the places I set them up previously. The window, maximized or not, gives me a 2 pixels space on the edit window. All the others take the whole screen!

Hi there,
I did as instructed, and it didn't work yet again. Maybe it's something Win98 won't let me do? Or maybe should I just uninstall, reinstall, and redo the removal from scratch again? (I tried that too).

I would like to think that 800X600 is not a "problem", but an option. Some people DO like to have windows 98 and 800X600 rsolution, for a reason or another. I am one of them, and I can mention the name of 30 or more

the window with post options is initially very wide and cannot be shrinked. i test semagic within vmware (screenshots at semagic.sourceforge.net are taken from there) whith 800x600 resolution so that is a problem witho your computer and only because of the resolution. remove all settings and it should recreate correclty. resize (not maximize) window and exit. it should save and restore on restart.

A screen shot or two would help?
Thanks again!

I did some screencaps here, http://www.gushi.org/~insinity/lj.htm if it helps. They're five.
Thanks again. ^_^
