i have just gotten the newest version of the client and for some reason whenever i type in html coding or copy and paste it, it comes out this way on my post. the old version automatically detected it and put up the picture or quiz results, what have you. help :)

if ou type html in wysiwyg mode that will result in text

i'm having the same issue if i type the a href code and the cut and paste a link. if, after posting an entry, i go to edit last entry, the <'s are replaced by characters. if i retype the <'s and repost, the problem is fixed.

i type it in html. i don't even know what wysiwyg mode is.

what exactly do do you? i.e. why does it matter if you paste or not? it goes to the server exactly as was written if you typed it correctly.
