Hello!
It was a dull morning. I got up out of the Bed of Rassilon, brushed my teeth with the Toothbrush of Rassilon, invented Time Travel, put on the Silly Green Tie of Rassilon... only kidding about the Time Travel part - I invented that years ago! Ha ha ha ha!
So here I am, ruler of Gallifrey, all-round genius, but there's not much left to do, really, other than the day-to-day running of Time Lord society. So, I took a look around with my chronoscope (which I invented, by the way) and discovered this place. Looks interesting, if primitive.
Actually, it's given me an idea for some sort of mainframe or matrix or other that we Time Lords could hold all our knowledge in. Hmmmm, yes!
