scrollbox/flugel layout
Hey, hey. I have a widescreen monitor so my screen resolution is something around 1680x1050, and I usually run into a lot of problems whenever I try to download layouts for Blogger or LJ or whatnot. Normally I can just tweak it myself because I have a basic knowledge of HTML (and I mean...very...very basic.) and everything works out fine. But for the past few days I've just been stumped. I downloaded the Flugel layout and everything would be perfect, because I plan on reworking it a bit and adding in my own BG and such, except the scrollbox won't stay put. I've tried everything I know how to do and it's either made it worse or I've had to switch my screen resolution...which I really don't want to have to do just for my LJ layout. =/
So, if anyone could give me a helping hand on how to get the box to stay in a fixed position so that it shows up in the same place in ALL screen resolutions, I would really, really appreciate it!

edit: also, is there any way I can adjust the code so that the scrollbar is closer to the actual box...? Just wondering.
