When I do this, life is so much easier.
today: Cuban Pork Stew with the left over pork roast. (black beans, sweet potatoes, onion, bell pepper, tomatoes, garlic, bay, cumin, oregano -- served with lime and cilantro rice)
Sunday: Chicken Marsala with herbed rice pilaf and roasted vegetables
Monday: Sweet and Spicy beans with fresh bread
Tuesday: Hmmmm..... Breakfast for Dinner (great idea! thanks guys!)
Wednesday:Tacos
Thursday: Thanksgiving!
Friday: Leftover thanksgiving
