I don't know why the practicum is listed as a 9 credit course but is only scheduled for 2 hrs/day. There's extra hospital time that they're not listing. Hmm. I guess I'll deal with that when I get there.
There's a wood carving class on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 2:30pm that I'd love to take. I've got these two hunks of walnut from a tree that was cut down last month -- must've been over a thousand years old, and they cut it into chunks and hauled it away for fire wood. Stupid. But anyway, I've got these two pieces that are about the size of a 3 litre bottle and one big piece about half a meter long and maybe 30 centimeters in diameter. I've already got 20 credits and I know that taking anything more would be ridiculous. Maybe the instructer will let me sit in every once in a while.
Unhappily, they're not offering the Traditional Plants and Herbs class -- I'll have to see if I can get the course material from the instructor.
