LJ does not provide a SPARQL endpoint. So you'd need to go harvest a bunch of users' FOAF files (probably picking a few random users and then spidering), then load them into a triple store and put the SPARQL query to it.
Of course, LJ is probably adding users faster than you can spider (plus they'll block too-aggressive bots), so the basic answer is that you don't.
