Last night was the Audioslave, seether and 30 seconds to mars concert. Let me just say that it was fucking amazing.
30 Seconds to mars weren't that great...i mean i was excited about them but i was a little disappointed, and jared leto seemed really arrogant. But i did get their autographs.
I was really impressed by seether. I didn't really know too much of their music prior to two days ago (my friend lent me a cd) but they were really good. I just sat and watched them kind of mesmerized. They did a really excellent cover of Change by the deftones.
Now Audioslave. Fucking amazing. They did a bunch of stuff from their cds first and then they did a couple soundgarden songs (spoonman and another that i don't know the name of) and then they played 3 rage songs. Adam and i just looked at each other like, "holy shit!" It was ridiculous. Tom Morello is sick on the guitar, i mean fucking insane. I think he might be the best guitar player i have ever seen. We could have left after that and been happy. But yeah so they continued playing some audioslave, chris cornell got an acoustic guitar out and played a couple by himself including black hole sun. The only song that they didn't play that i really wanted to hear was What you are. Oh well, you can't have everything.
So yeah it was great.
