Greetings and introduction
Hi everyone,
I recently joined and wanted to introduce myself. I am a Solitary Eclectic Wiccan Witch living in Southern Ontario attending College full time. Since I was a young child I was interested in the Ancient Gods and Goddesses and their amazing stories, especially Egyptian Mythology and Celtic Myths. I can remember being 7 or 8 and in the public library reading stories about the miracles of Brigid (I was somewhat of a nerdy kid) and wondering why noone followed these powerful ancient Gods and Goddesses anymore. Later on as a teenager, when I first discovered Wicca and Witchcraft I remembered my childhood connection with Brigid and the ancient Gods of the Celts. I felt like Wicca was right for me, and it helped me deal with anger problems and self discovery. My spellwork and meditation in my circle help me deal with negative emotions and inner pain, and I am able to balance my inner self. I feel that Wicca has helped me get to know my inner power and my inner self.
I am very interested in learning more British Traditional Witchcraft and Kemetic Orthodoxy and if anyone knows of any good websites on the topics please post them for me. Also, is anyone doing anything for the coming Lunar Eclipse??
