Welcome to the 3rd annual LiveJournal Animanga Iconmakers Awards~! This year (and from now on) we'll be using a community to facilitate things like tallying, samples, and people keeping track of the awards. If you want to keep up to date, please feel free to friend the community! Membership is reserved for the moderators, so please don't try to join.
