New FAQ: What is the Error Console? How do I open the Error console in my browser?

The error console is becoming more and more useful for troubleshooting as JavaScript is becoming more prevalent on the site, so I'm throwing together a quick & dirty FAQ for how to open it and use it in common browsers.

Looks good. I've had an idea in the back of my head that maybe we should have a FAQ that explains what JavaScript it, what it does, and where it gets used on the site. Perhaps that could become part of this FAQ?

I definitely agree we need a more general FAQ about JavaScript as well, although putting everything together in one FAQ might make it a bit wall of texty. That FAQ should definitely be linked with this one, though, once it's written.
